Outlook Tips and Tricks
This one is outside of the Banner realm but I feel like it could be helpful as a general session. I could show some tips and tricks in Outlook that can make some tasks easier and faster. Examples: Drag and drop to calendar, quick steps, autocorrect for quick text, add options to toolbar, CTRL+K to search directory, changing your outlook schedule working hours, voting options, view settings, search folders, insert calendar to email, etc.
