About Dr. Henderson:
A proud native of Canton, Mississippi, Dr. Henderson is a distinguished educator and artistic leader with a passion for empowering students. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication Studies and Dramatic Art from Jackson State University, followed by a Master's in Communications and Urban Studies from Michigan State University. Dr. Henderson later completed his Ph.D. in Speech Communication at The University of Southern Mississippi and recently obtained a second Master's in Theatre from Texas A&M University.

At Jackson State University, he has held prominent roles including Chair of the Department of Speech Communication and Director of Theatre. He is also the Founder and Artistic Director of MADDRAMA (Making A Difference Doing Respectable and Meaningful Art), a nationally touring troupe renowned for its original plays and impactful performances.
Dr. Henderson is affectionately known as the “Star Maker,” having mentored numerous students who have graced local, regional, and Broadway stages, as well as the big screen. As a theater director, motivational speaker, and performer, he dedicates himself to "entertaining and educating the masses."

In addition to his academic achievements, Dr. Henderson actively participates in several professional organizations. He serves as the 1st Vice-President of the Jackson State University National Alumni Association (Madison County Chapter) and is a proud member of the Rho Xi Lambda chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated.

I'd like to show how PRCC has utilized Dynamic Forms over the last year. I will show real examples of forms and explain how these forms have expedited processing in certain offices. Ex: using Dynamic Forms to make a secure document portal for uploading high school transcripts.

Outlook Tips and Tricks
This one is outside of the Banner realm but I feel like it could be helpful as a general session. I could show some tips and tricks in Outlook that can make some tasks easier and faster. Examples: Drag and drop to calendar, quick steps, autocorrect for quick text, add options to toolbar, CTRL+K to search directory, changing your outlook schedule working hours, voting options, view settings, search folders, insert calendar to email, etc.
